Jeff treated the property respectfully. Jeff gave us the true evaluation of what we were buying, and taught us what we would have to do to maintain the property. Jeff is not interested in crashing the purchase, but rather indicates to the buyer what they are buying. But don't worry, If there is a red flag, he will find it. I cannot stress enough the insurance and reassurance this inspection brought to my home ownership as well as helped in a smooth transaction to get it done.
