Jeff is not interested in crashing the purchase, but rather indicates to the buyer what they are buying. But don't worry, If there is a red flag, he will find it. I cannot stress enough the insurance and reassurance this inspection brought to my home ownership as well as helped in a smooth transaction to get it done.
